MARK Perry, Roy McBain and Ian Yule set off at 10pm on their marathon sponsored walk to Dundee.
The trio were accompanied by Cove Rangers manager Paul Hartley during the first leg of their 63 mile journey to Dundee United’s Tannadice Park.
Cove Rangers fans, family and friends were out in force at Balmoral Stadium to give them a rousing send off.
The walkers are due to arrive at Tannadice at around 8pm on Saturday night.
