Midfielder Robbie Leitch spoke to the media ahead of tomorrow’s SPFL Trust Trophy clash with Albion Rovers at Balmoral Stadium.

Robbie said: “I’m really looking forward to the game.
“You want to go as far as you can in cup competitions and the fact the winners tomorrow will be at home in the quarter-finals is a big incentive.
“It’s going to be a very tough game for us though.
“Albion Rovers are from the division below us, but we are taking nothing for granted.
“Stenhousemuir are also in League Two, but they came to Balmoral Stadium with a game plan when we played them in the last round and made it extremely difficult for us.
“We eventually beat them on penalties, so we have to be ready for another challenging tie and make sure we perform at our best on the day.
“Having fans back at the game will help.
“It’s the one thing we all missed last season because you do get a lift when supporters get behind you.
“That was certainly the case when we were down at Alloa last weekend.
“There was only a small group of Cove Rangers fans there, but they made themselves heard and lifted us when it was most needed.
“I’m sure the fans will do the same when we play Albion Rovers because they want to see us progress in the cup as much as we do.
“If picked, it will be up to me to make the best of the opportunity.
“There is real competition for places, so you have to be ready when you get the chance.
“We are all happy to be going into the tie on the back of three wins in the league.
“Winning breeds confidence, but we know if we want that continue we are going to have make sure we are ready to go again tomorrow.”
If you can’t make it along to Balmoral Stadium, the game will be screened live on CRTV, with commentary by Dave Macdermid. Purchase your match pass HERE.
