We can confirm we have been drawn at home to Queen of the South in the third round of the Scottish FA Cup.
Former Aberdeen, Celtic and Scotland player Charlie Mulgrew made the draw this afternoon and paired us with The Doonhamers, who are currently sitting in seventh place in the Championship are managed by Allan Johnstone and drew 0-0 at home to Morton yesterday.
We lost 2-1 to Queen of the South in Dumfries in season 1989-1990, the only previous meeting between the two clubs in the Scottish Cup.
It was also our first ever game in the Scottish Cup since stepping up to the Highland League.
All third round ties are scheduled to take place on Saturday November 27th, although that could change if ties are selected for live television coverage.
We will provide ticket details at a later date.
