The SPFL has confirmed that our meeting with Queen’s Park at the start of November will now be played on a Friday night, and shown on BBC Scotland.

The encounter will become the first Cove Rangers league match to be broadcast live on television.

That would have happened last month, but the game against Dundee was postponed as a mark of respect following the death of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II.

We lost narrowly away to Queen’s Park in August, and given the head-to-head record between the clubs is so evenly balanced, another close fought ninety minutes looks likely.

Ticket information will be made available in due course.

New date: Queen’s Park (H)  Friday, November 4^th, 7.45pm kick-off.
