The club is delighted to announce that, following a review of our ticketing operations, it has entered into a new partnership with Future Ticketing.
This follows feedback from supporters who wanted a more user-friendly system, and we are confident this can be achieved with our new partners.
Future Ticketing are well established in the field and already have tie-ups with clubs across the SPFL, in England, Ireland and Northern Ireland, in other sports and across various entertainment spheres.
Liam Holton, Chief Executive Officer of Future Ticketing said: “Our commitment to driving football ticketing innovation for loyal fans continues with today’s announcement with Cove Rangers. Together we will enable Cove Rangers to achieve all of their ticketing and service goals for their fans. This was a key element of our software being selected in the competitive process, putting fan engagement at the forefront of the ticketing process”
Keith Moorhouse, Cove Rangers Chairman said: “As a club it is important that we continue to progress in all areas, we initially made the move to e-ticketing in 2020 and as part of our overall review we felt it was important to bring in a ticketing system that offered our supporters improved flexibility. We look forward to working with Future Ticketing to bring new ideas and options to our supporters.”
In addition to a number of other features, supporters will have the opportunity to spread the cost of season ticket payments for the first time. The partnership will include the installation of new equipment for our match-day operations and we will continue to encourage the purchase of e-tickets to cut down on queueing times. Fans will also be able to store and share their e-tickets within their own Cove Rangers ticketing app, and pay using ApplePay and GooglePay.
Details of our season ticket pricing for the 23/24 League One campaign will be published next week along with information of the renewal process for existing Season Ticket holders.
