Having agreed the early termination of his contract, midfielder Mouhamed Niang – known to everyone at the club as ‘Sena’ – has left Cove Rangers and will sign for Dumbarton.
The twenty-four year old was keen to move back to the central belt.
Sena made forty-one appearances for Cove last season, starting thirty-three of those, and scored one goal, against Stirling Albion at the end of March.
Also leaving is young winger Tyler Mykyta, who is returning to Highland League side Formartine United.
The twenty-one year old featured a dozen times last season, making four starts, and spent the second half of the campaign on loan with Forfar Athletic.
We would like to thank Sena and Tyler for their contributions and wish both players the best of luck in their future careers.
