Cove Rangers Football Club is delighted to announce the signing of midfielder Ackeme Francis-Burrell on a two-year deal.

The 21-year-old joins after impressing during his trial period with the club, featuring in our pre-season fixtures against Inverness Caledonian Thistle and St Johnstone. His composure in possession, athleticism and ability to drive the team forward from midfield caught the eye throughout both appearances.

Ackeme arrives at Balmoral Stadium with experience across several levels of the English game. He began his career in the academy at Wolverhampton Wanderers, progressing through the youth ranks and making 34 appearances in the Under-18 Premier League before stepping up to represent the club at Under-23 level.

The midfielder then joined Stockport County before moving to Burnley. Although he did not make a senior appearance during his time at Turf Moor, he continued his development before joining National League side Solihull Moors. Following a successful trial with Cove during pre-season, Ackeme has now signed a two-year deal with the club.

Everyone at Cove Rangers would like to welcome Ackeme to Balmoral Stadium, and wish him every success during his time with the club.
