WELCOME: New signing Broque Watson, left, in action against Cove Rangers at Balmoral Stadium last weekend.

COVE Rangers are delighted to confirm the signing of Annan Athletic midfielder Broque Watson.
The 20-year-old, has agreed a two and a half year deal and goes straight into the squad for this weekend’s Ladbrokes League Two visit to Albion Rovers.
He becomes the third signing for Cove Rangers during the January transfer window. Striker Rory McAllister joined us from Peterhead at the start of the month and we also took Josh Mulligan in on loan from Dundee.
Cove Rangers manager Paul Hartley said: “I’m pleased to get Broque on board and can only thank my directors and Annan for allowing that to happen.
“He is a player I’ve admired since he was with Celtic as a youngster.
“I’ve kept track of him since then and even had him in on trial when I was at Dundee.
“Things didn’t work out then but I’m delighted to finally get the opportunity to work with Broque.
“He has been Annan’s outstanding performer against us this season, including in last weekend’s meeting at Balmoral Stadium.
“Broque has pace and is excellent on the ball, he’s a really high quality addition to our squad.”
Broque came through Celtic’s youth academy and played in the UEFA Youth League for them, against Bayern Munich, Anderlecht and PSG Eindhoven.
He then moved on to Motherwell and spent a period on loan to East Fife before joining Annan last summer.
Broque has also been capped eight times at youth level for Scotland.
Everyone at Cove Rangers would like to wish Broque all the best during his time at Balmoral Stadium.
