IN VIEW: Cove Rangers assistant boss Gordon Young features in the fun video created by the players and coaching staff while they have been in self isolation.

THE Cove Rangers players and coaching staff have taken to social media to show how they are keeping fit during the enforced shut-down.

They have posted a fun video on Facebook and Twitter that shows them playing ‘keepy-up’ while training in isolation then ‘passing’ the ball on for the next man to have a go.

The video begins with first team coach Tam Ritchie calling for the ‘session’ to get underway and continues with manager Paul Hartley then assistant boss Gordon Young showing their skills before allowing the players to take centre stage.
Goalkeeping coach John McCafferty, Broque Watson, Alan Redford, Ryan Strachan, Connor Scully, Blair Yule, Jamie Redman, Jordon Brown (in 70s style short, shorts), Daniel Higgins, Mitch Megginson, Jamie Masson, Scott Ross, Tom Leighton, and Harry Milne  (with guest appearance by his dog, Mac) then strut their stuff in their back gardens, while self isolating of course,  in a video that has gone down well with the Cove Rangers fans.

You can watch it on our Facebook and Twitter accounts.
